In 1980, Bonny and George Kees embarked on a remarkable journey, driven by their dream of creating more than just an early childhood care center. They envisioned a haven where children would be welcomed as their own, cultivating a sense of family and belonging. United by their Christian values, they founded a childcare center that goes beyond the ordinary – a place where every child is not just a student but an integral part of the family. This is the heartwarming story of our beginning, where the seeds of our cherished community were sown, rooted in love, care, and a commitment to providing Christian-based childcare since day one.

Fast forward to today, Basic Trust Child Care has blossomed into a second-generation family business, with Erin (Kees) Comfort at the helm. Erin, now directing the well-loved business, manages both Basic Trust Childcare Center and its sister organization, Children's Collaborative. Following the footsteps of her parents, Erin has passionately continued the legacy, evolving with the times to meet parents' needs by fostering children's early childhood development.
Our commitment extends beyond daycare; we've grown to offer after-school programs through Children's Collaborative, ensuring there's a perfect fit for every child. From our humble beginnings with a dream to create a welcoming family-oriented center, we've transformed into a thriving community hub, dedicated to providing exceptional care, support, and opportunities for the children we cherish as our own.
